Saysworth Studies LLC (“Saysworth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website saysworth.com (the “Site”) and recruits participants for paid focus groups and research studies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site or submitting our participant form, you agree to the practices described here.

Who We Are
Saysworth connects everyday people with companies, universities, and research agencies that pay for honest feedback through focus groups, interviews, usability tests, and diary studies. Joining our participant database is free. We do not charge participants any fee at any time.
Information We Collect
When you sign up to join our participant database, you may provide:
- Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number.
- Location information — your city, metro area, or region, used to match you with studies near you.
- Profile and demographic information — details you choose to share about your background, occupation, interests, and household, which researchers use to determine study eligibility.
- Optional information — any additional details you provide, such as professional or social profiles, when a specific study requires them.
We collect this information only when you voluntarily submit it through our form. We do not require you to provide banking information, passwords, or payment account credentials to join, and you should never share those with anyone claiming to recruit you for a study.
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Match you with focus groups and research studies you may qualify for;
- Send you study invitations, screeners, and related communications;
- Verify eligibility and prevent fraudulent or duplicate participation;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;

- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal contact information. Research responses you provide during studies are reported to clients anonymously and in aggregate.

- Research clients and agencies — to determine your eligibility for, and invite you to, specific studies. Where possible, eligibility matching is done so that only relevant details are shared.

Other jurisdictions: Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Contact us and we will honor rights that apply to you.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Site and our studies are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Avoiding Scams
A legitimate study will never ask you to pay a fee or to provide banking passwords or login credentials. Saysworth does not charge participants and does not request that information. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for payment or sensitive account credentials, do not respond, and let us know.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
